MECCHA CHAMELEON Seeker guide and spotting tips

The Seeker role rewards pattern recognition. You are not just hunting colors; you are checking whether the room still makes sense.

Scan the room before checking details

A slow first sweep builds a mental map. Once you know what the room is supposed to look like, small mistakes become easier to notice.

Spotting signals

Color mismatch

Paint that is close but too flat, too saturated, or lit from the wrong direction.

Silhouette noise

Edges that do not match the nearest props or a pose that creates an unnatural object.

Bad spacing

Objects that are isolated, too centered, or arranged with suspicious symmetry.

Search by zones, not panic

  • Divide the room into zones and clear each one deliberately.
  • Revisit high-suspicion zones after checking the larger layout.
  • Tell teammates what you cleared so everyone does not search the same shelf.
  • Save enough time for an endgame pass around likely escape routes.

Common Seeker traps

  • Overfocusing on one funny-looking object while other Hiders reposition.
  • Ignoring height and shadow because color looks correct.
  • Letting a noisy teammate reset your search pattern.

What should Seekers practice first?
